What We Provide
MANDREL BENDING
We have over 50 bend dies and carry a wide variety of both 90 and 180 degree stainless mandrel bends ready to ship as well as taking custom orders ....including forming and bending hard to find super alloy inconel

BEND TOOLING CHART
We supply many top fabricators with not only all their bends, but custom merge collectors and flanges as well as tailpipe transitions. Call us for all your header needs.
We stock many 304 bends and also bend military grade 321 as well as 625 Inconel...all of our tubing is made in house. Call for custom bending like longer tails or an exact degree.
EXHAUST LAGGING INSULATION
Expert Service
Howerton Products Inc. has the capability to insulate individual pipes with ultra thin inconel or stainless that encases a ceramic wrapping that can take sustained temperatures exceeding 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit for hundreds of hours. This insulation is a permanent fabrication used by Formula One, IndyCar, NASCAR, and other high level racing series.
TRANSITIONS
Let us help you make your next header project shine with professionalism by supplying you with mandrel bends, merge collectors, transitions, tailpipes, head flanges and port shaped transitions to take you from the port/flange shape to round in any lengths...we can even supply you with the correct welding rod and have 3D CAD modeling capabilities to draw your project and view it from any angle before the first tube is cut!!!
With our tube rolling capabilities, our plasma arc linear seam welder, and 100 ton press we can make any cone or transition no matter the inlet and exit diameters, wall thickness, or material from exotic titanium 6al4v and inconel 625 to the 300 series stainless...be it military grade 347, 321 or cost effective 304.

Our systems have won 15 Indy 500's, 7 24 hours of Daytona, Formula Atlantic Championships, TransAm Championships, 4 NASCAR Championships...really too many to list as well as 10 CART/IRL Championships. You can purchase the same mandrel bends and merge collectors as all these champions had. Our list of O.D.s and centerline radii as well as material and wall thickness is so extensive it would be almost impossible to list every bend we have available or can bend for you. We also can make ANY merge collectors...2-1, 3-1, 4-1, 5-1, and 6-1 any inlet and outlet size and any ss or inconel as well as wall thickness.
